We want to be realistic with the returns we offer our investors and we want you to understand you are not buying stocks, bonds or products.
We are looking for a maximum of 40 investors
and are offering the following returns to help us build our business.
2 year investment returns 4% per year, paid after two years.
4 year investment returns 5% per year, paid after two years and yearly thereafter.
6 year investment returns 7.5% per year, paid after two years and yearly thereafter.
If you invest £20,000 for 6 years you will receive 7.5% per year, plus you will receive 3% of our Company profits as a dividend after the second year.
